This letter serves as confirmation of the above notification.
On August 6,1991 at 9:30 p.m., a valve in the fire protection-supply header to the Unit 2 cooling towers inadvertently opened causing the level in both fire protection water storage tanks'to decrease below the required technical i
specification minimum. The subject sup)1y header valve was isolated and the tanks were replenished to above the tecinical specification minimum level within one hour, t
