Dear Dr. Murley:
i As a result of a telephone conversaton with Peach
- Bottom's NRC Project Manager, attached are surveillance requirements and limiting conditions for operation for Peach Bottom Unit 2 and Unit 3.
We commit to implement these conditions for operation until such time as the Technical Specifications are amended.- These surveillance requirements and limiting conditions for operation will supersede the ones transmitted to you in the reference letter.
In addition, we commit to submit our plans for inspection, corrective actions and/or any modifications, including replacement of the recirculation and/or other reactor cooling pressure boundary piping systems for the next Unit 3
-refueling outage.
These plans will be submitted to the NRC for review at least -three months before the start of the next refueling outage.
