The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Comission) having found that:
A.
The application for amendment to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3 (Millstone-3) Construction Permit contained in a letter, dated August 15, 1983 transfers ownership shares in Millstone-3 as follows:
From To Ownership Interest to be Transferred The Connecticut Light Vermont Electric Generation 0.0375". (0.431 MW) and Power Company and Transmission Cooperative, Inc.
Western Massachusetts Vermont Electric Generation 0.1125% (1.294 MW)
Electric Company and Transmission Cooperative, Inc.
This amendnent complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission 's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter 1.
B.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.
C.
Issuance of this amendment will not result in any environmental impacts not previously considered.

This Amendment reduces the ownership share in liillstone-3 to be transferred from the Connecticut Light and Power Company and Western itassachusetts Electric Company from 4.314% as authorized in Amendment tio. 8 to 0.150%, and reduces the ownership share in Hillstone-3 to be transferred to Vermont Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative, Inc. from 0.600% as authorized in Amendment No. 8 to 0.150%.
The Amendment also reflects the fact that the purchase of ownership shares by Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Cooperative ("MMWEC"), Vermont Public Power Supply Authority ("VPPSA") and Washington Electric Cooperative, Inc. ("WEC"), which was also authorized by Amendment No. 8, did not take place.
Accordingly, references to tulEC, VPPSA, and WEC as applicants are deleted.

This amendment is effective as of the date of issuance.
