Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), please find enclosed a one (1) page revision (Revision 12) and cover page to be inserted in Copy No.1 of the Pilgrim Station Modified Amended Security Plan.
This revision incorporates an additional relocation of the Protected Area barrier in the area where the new administration building / warehouse is being construchd. This change was discussed with Region 1 and NRR review prior to initiation.
I' was also subject to internal review and does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21 of the NRC's regulations, we are requesting that you with-hold information provided in the attached Revision 12 insert and cover page from public inspection.
When separated from Enclosure, handle as decontrolled.
