This NOV concerned a failure to follow procedure in that a security officer failed to ensure all personnel had exited a designated vital area before mechanically locking the door.

TVA admits the' violation.

The enclosure provides TVA's " Reply to the Notice of Violation" (10 CFR 2.201).

There are no commitments made in this reply.

The enclosed information should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d) (1).
