December 13, 1994, Lead Fuel Assembly - Temporary Exemption Request Supplernent We hereby withdraw our request for exemption submitted in Reference (a), as supplemented by Reference (b). Due to manufacturing difficulties, we will not be testing non-Zircaloy cladding materials in the upcoming fuel cycle. Should we decide to implement the test program in the future, we will resubmit the request.
