31310018D0001/31310018F0091 P00009 The purpose of this task order modification is to: 1) exercise Option Period 1, Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), thereby increasing the task order ceiling by and extending the period of performance from April 01, 2020 through March 31, 2021 and; 2) correct an administrative error in the Price/Cost Schedules summation of the estimated reimbursable costs for the base period. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:

This task order shall commence on August 08, 2018 and will expire on March 31, 2021. The term of this task order may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional two 1-year Option Periods.
