20555 Gentlement DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 FITNESS-FOR-DUTY PROGRAM POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.71(d), we are providing herewith the Fitness-for-Duty Performance Data for the six-month period ending June 30, 1991.

No events reportable under 26.73(a) occurred during this period.

During this period, the program passed an initial audit by the NRC and a second audit by our Quality Assurance Section.

In addition, two quarterly program review

-meetings were held.

The participants in the r.eetings were the key personnel involved in the implementation of the program.

These persons reviewed interim data, measures of program effectiveness, audit 2indings, and written procedures.

Some recommendations *or procedural revisions were acted upon.

Management took action to deny unescorted access authorization to one contractor employee who failed-a pre-access test.

There were no-positive tests under the random testing program.

Nuclear Plant is virtually drug and alcohol free.
