Conference Call between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Nebraska Public Power District on December 29, 1994;

Motor Operated Valve Testing Gentlemen:
As discussed in the December 29, 1994 conference call (Reference), the Nebraska Public Power District (District) stated that it plans to submit a schedular extension request for the testing portion of the Generic Letter (GL) 89-10 Motor Operated Valve (MOV) testing program at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS). The District had previously committed to complete this portion of the MOV testing program by January 1,1995.
The District is currently engaged in activities which will provide the information necessary to develop this extension request in accordance with the guidance contained in GL 89-10, Supplement 6. The District will submit this information by January 9,1995.
