MOTION OF ATTORNEY GENERAL FRANCIS X. BELLOTTI FOR RECONSIDERATION OF BOARD ORDER REJECTING CONTENTION ON BEACH AREA EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES By Order dated August 5, 1983, the Board ruled on the admission of a la.te-filed contention proferred by the Massachusetts Attorney General.
It did so without ever providing the Attorney General an opportunity to respond, either orally or in writing, to the Applicants' and Staff's Answers opposing admission, in violation of established Commission precedent.
