Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than July 29, 1983.

An extensive engineering evaluation is presently underway and is scheduled for completion in late September, 1983.

A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by October 21, 1983.
