second set of requests for documents with regard to its proposed Contention VI-1, I would note that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board' denied that Contention in its Second Special Prehearing Conference Order (LBP-83-89) (slip op. at 36-40).

Inasmuch as you have requested reconsider-ation of the Board's ruling by letter dated August 5,
