WM. H. ZIMMER NUCLEAR POWER STATION - UNIT 1 NOTICE OF VIOLATION, NRC INSPECTION REPORT 83-07 W.O.
57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, IR 83-07 By letter dated June 28, 1983, you transmitted to The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company (CG&E) a " Notice of Violation" for two items of alleged noncompliance cited in Inspection Report 83-07.
The notice provided that pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR2.201, CG&E should submit a response to your office within thirty days of the date of the notice.
Your letter also stated that consideration would be given to extending the response time for good cause shown.
The purpose of this letter is to request that the time for responding to the notice be extended forty five days until September 12, 1983.
CG&E has been reviewing these issues in order to develop a final plan for resolution.
This can only be accomplished through additional evaluation and further discussions with the project staff.
The requested extension will provide the tirae necessary to fully resolve these issues considering their scope and detail.
