as per order dated May 13, 1983, which I received t'av 18, 1983.

Also as it relates to IE50-353/76-06, in the Januarv 11, 1983 letter under Discovery 2 by Mark Wetterhahn, Esq., in response to my letter of Sept. 3, 19M to Troy Conner, Jr.,Esq., re Docket 352-3 (contention VI-1)... in earticular "En-

closure 2", interosstories on Welding Infractions (a) re items (1),(2),(3), did not nrovide answers to questions asked.

Contrity to "r. Uetterbahn's statement, however nowhere has the Applicant demonstrated that all welds, not oniv acces:ible welds were ex-amined.
Specific requests for nunber of welds and narcentage of thos? inspected were not available in resnonses.
