Regarding the public meeting to discuss the subject report, we suggest that if the meeting is to air the report and receive broad, representative and knowledgeable public comment, the following simple arrangements be made:

-announce the meeting at least 2 weeks in advance

-hold it at night so persons with jobs can attend

-have it convenient to the public - in Cfncinnati.

We believe Cincinnati City Council chambers will.

be available

-see that interested entities be sent copies of the report well in advance, for study.

These should enhance the success of the. meeting.
