Beaver Valley Power Station - Unit No. 2 Do cke t No. 50-412 Detailed Control Room Design Review - Program Plan Report Gentlemen:
With Supplement 1 of NUREG 0737 (Generic Letter No. 82-33) the NRC issued its final requirements fo r Detailed Control Rocun Des ign Revi ews (DCRDR), which included the requirement that licensees and cons truct ion permit holders submit the DCRDR Program Plan Report within two months of the start of the effort (Paragraph 5.2.a).
DLC began pr eparat ion fo r the cond uct of a DCRDR for Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 (BVPS-2) in November of 1982, using the guidance of NUREG's 0700 and 0801.
The results of this planning phase are contained in this program plan report. Dlc plans to meet the intent of the NRC's require-ment for DCRDR and submits the BVPS-2 program plan report at this time.
