Main Steam Line Radiation Monitor RM-Gl9A was declared inoperable because of spurious alarms with fluctuating meter indications.
i RM-Gl9A is required to be operable while in Modes 1 through 4; therefore, Action Statement 30 of Technical Specification 3.3.3.1 i

The cause of the occurrence is attributed to a component failure on l-the high range amplifier circuit board of RM-Gl9A.
