REFERENCE:

LP&L letter W3I83-0227 dated June 22, 1983

Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than July 22, 1983.

At the present time, LP&L is in the process of finalizing the review of supporting documentation for SCD 70.

This review is expected to be completed by August 12, 1983.

A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by September 12, 1983.
