The submi t t al of Section 7.1 of the ER on August 1, 1983, is in agreement with the commi t-ment made at the August 31, 1982, meeting with the NRC staf f.
Ple ase inse rt the revised Amendment 2 material into the ER as pe r the attached Amendment Ins truct ion Sheet.
