By letter dated September 11, 1992, we submitted an application for amendment to the Prairie Island Technical Specifications. This license amendment request was submitted to incorporate a reference to the revised methodologies described in WCAP-10924-P into the Prairie Island Technical Specifications.
At this time, we wish to withdraw this license amendment request.
