10CFR50.71, Revision 1 of USAR Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 Pursuant to 10CFR50.71, Nebraska Public Power District hereby submits thirteen (13) copies of the first revision (dated July 22, 1983) of the USAR for Cooper Nuclear Station.
This revision reflects changes made since the last submittal of the USAR and is current as of Jtenuary 22, 1983.
The following specific major issues are considered in this revision:
1.
Revision of numerous pages in Sections VII, IX, X, XII, XIII, and XIV to more fully reference the source of the USAR information.
2.
Incorporation of Mark I Containment Program results.
3.
Minor changes to the District's quality assurance program, as described in Appendix D, that do not reduce the quality assurance commitments are submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(a)(3).
The next revision of the USAR will be submitted on or before July 22, 1984.
Additionally, Attachment I is a list of Effective Pages for the first revision of the USAR and should be inserted behind this letter after the front cover of Volume I.
