In the Matter of ) Docket No. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Aathority ) 50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59 end 10 CPR 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the operating license, DPR-77 and DPR-79, to change the technical specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2. The proposed changes to the technical specifications and justifications for the proposed changes are provided in the following enclosures:

Enclosure 1 - Change No.1, changes in Table 3 2-1 for DNB Parameters.

Enclosure 2 - Change No. 2, revision to the Hydrogen Igniter Surveillance Test Requirement, 4.6.4.3.6.

Enclosure 3 - Change No. 3, revision of Table 3.6.2 for operability of Containment Isolation Yalves.

Enclosure 4 - Change No. 4, revision of the Operation 1 Limits Associated with the Pressurizer Spray Nozzle.

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFP <* .# 17e 22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class IV for L d Y < y 11 ass 1 for unit 2.

This classification is based on the fact that the amendment involves several changes of the Class III type incorporated into this amendment and involves a second essentially identical unit at the same site. The remittance fee of $12,700 is being wired to the Nuclear Regulatory

-Commission, Attention: Licensing Fee Management Branch.

This requested amendment has been evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR Part SO ?2 and no significant hazards considerations are involved for any of the requested changes.
