This letter serves as notification in accordance with the requirements of 100.FR50.74 of a change in status of the Umited (i.e., fuel handling) Senior Reactor Operator (LSRO) license issued to Patrick J. Berry - Docket No. 55-61452, License No. SOP-10938.
The reason for this change is the permanent reassignment of Mr. Berry's duties, and our determination that there is no longer a need for this license as originally certified under the requirements of 10CFR55.31(a)(3).
