In the matter of Commonwealth Edison Company (Byron Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2)
Docket Nos. 50-454 and 50-455 Gentlemen:
The enclosed Findings of Fact and Opinion on League Contention No. 22 and DAARE7 SAFE Contention 9 (c) SUPERCEDES the previous document covering this issue sent to you the weekend of July 2, 1983.
We have incorporated in this revised document correctional addi-tions and deletions to the original document which the Rockford League believes will facilitate understanding of the information on this issue.
The delay in filing this revised document with correctional add-itions and deletions was due.to the fact that the Rockford League's at torney, David Thomas is on vacation and the League's local ex-po rt on steam generators was not immediately available for con-sultation.
The Rockford League hopes this will clarify the issues discussed to the benefit of all parties.
Sincerely, k
I' 4
