By your letter dated May 13, 1983, directed to J. M. Pilant, NPPD, you advised of receipt of the LRS Consultants Inc. report, " Management Appraisal Report, April 1983, conducted for NPPD".
This letter is to confirm that on this date we did notify you by telephone that NPPD does request that we be granted the total 30 days from the date of.your May 13 letter to determine if we will request withholding the subject report from the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
