GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 DOCKET NO. 50-416
1.0 INTRODUCTION
By letter dated March 15, 1991 Entergy Operation, Inc. (the licensee)
Technical Specification (TS)ges to the Urand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 submitted a request for chan The requested changes would revise TS Section 6.0, Administrative Controls.
The revision would change the title "GGNS General Manager" to General Manager, Plant Operations",
2.0 EVALUATION The proposed change to the Adniinistrative Controls Section of the TS would involve only a position title change.
Responsibilities of the position would not be altered.
This modification would reflect a change in the licensee's organization to provide consistency between its nuclear facilities.
Since this is purely administrative, there is no change in the existing facility or its operation.
Therefore, the staff finds this change acceptable.
3.0 STATE CONSULTATION
in accordance with the Commission's regulations, the Mississippi State official was notified of the proposed issuance of the amendment.
The State official had no comments.
4.0 ENVIFONMENTALCONSIDERATig The amencment relates to changes in recordkeeping,-reporting, or ddministrative procedures or requirements.
According'y, the amendment meets the elig(ibility criteria for categorical exclusion set forth in 10 CFR Section 51.22(c) 10). Pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(b), no environmental impact statement or ensironment assessnient reed by prepared in connection with the issuance of the emencment.
