Dear Mr. Collins:

The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC by July 17, 1983.

At the present time, the completion of corrective action is being delayed due to testing. As a result, LP&L is waiting for an outage which will permit installation of the three (3) remaining coils.

A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by September 23, 1983.
