Centerior Energy Corporation is the parent company for the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and Toledo Edison Companyl operators of the Perry and Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Sistions.
Ve have reviewed the proposed revisions to 10 CFR 71,170 and 171 and the comnents prepared on behalf of the nuclear power industry by the Nuclear Management and Resources Council (NUMARC) are reflective of our reviev, we request they be incorporated, i
