Reponse to I&E Inspection Report 50-271/83-08 This letter is written in response to Reference (b) which indicates that one of our security related activities was not conducted in full compliance with Nuclear Regulatory requirements and the approved Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
The item of noncompliance was noted during an inspection conducted on April 4, 5, 6, and 7, 1983, at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Vernon, Vermont.
