Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications Change Requests 94-11,94-12 and 94-13
Dear Sir:
PECO Energy Company (PECO Energy) hereby submits Technical Specification (TS) Change Requests Nos. 94-11,94-12 and 94-13, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, requesting changes to Appendix A and Appendix B of the Peach Bottom Facility Operating Licenses. The proposed changes relocate audit topics and frequencies, Nuclear Review Board review requirements, and requirements associa:ed with the Independent Safety Engineering Group function to licensee controlled documents. These changes are consistent with those in TS Change Request No. 93-16 which was submitted on September 29,1994 to adopt the TS in NUREG-1433, " Standard Technical Specifications General Electric Plants, BWR/4." PECO Energy is pursuing the subject changes to the review and audit requirements in advance of the overall conversion to NUREG-1433 TS and requests that the changes be processed expeditiously to be effective by January 3, 1995. to this letter describes the proposed changes and provides justification for the changes.
