Your June 24, 1983 telephone call to my office indicated that the names of possible expert witnesses would be proviced as soon as they were identified.
Inasmuch as almost a month has
- passed, no further communication has been forthcoming and the end of discovery on your two contentions is nearing, I am requesting that you provide me with all information that you presently have responsive to " Applicant's First Set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents to Friends of the Earth" dated June 3,
