Letter from A. E. Lundvall, Jr., to R. A. Clark of 02/24/83, Request for Amendaent Gentlemen:
Change No. 9 of reference (a) concerning fuel oil tank surveillance was transmitted as a request for amendment to our Operating License. As a result of discussions with our Project Manager, we are requesting withdrawal of Change No. 9 of Reference (a). We are continuing to review this change and we may resubmit it at a later date.
