2 Thank you for your June 29, 1983 invitation to participate in a site inspection for the Hope Creek Generating Station, Lower Alloways Township, Salem County, New Jerey, during the week of July 25, 1983.
Regretfully, a representative of the Service's a
Division of Ecological Services is unable to attend.
- However, Mr. Joseph Miller, Leader of the Service's Delaware River Basin Anadromous Fishery Project, P.O. Box 95, Rosemont, New Jersey 08556 (609-397-0115) may be interested in attending.
Regarding endangered species, except for occasional transient species, no federally listed or proposed endangered or threatened 3
species under our jurisdiction are known to exist in the project
~
area.
Therefore, no Biological Assessment or further Section 7 consultation under the Endagered Species Act (87 Stat. 884, as amended; 16 U.S.C.
1531 et seq.) is required with the Service.
Should project plans change, or if additional information becomes available, this determination may be reconsidered.
