VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANQ1S Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia E!octric and Power Company roquests amendments, in the form of changes to the Technical Specifications, to Operating License Numbers NPF 4 and NPF 7 for North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2, respectively. The proposed changes will reviso the current Technical Specifications to correct administrative errors. The proposed changes are presented in Attachments 1 and 2 for Units 1 and 2, respectively. A discussion of the proposed changes is

_ provided in Attachment 3.

This request has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committet) and the Management Safety Review Committoo. It has boon determined that this request does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 or a significant hazards consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92. The basis for our determination that no signification hazards consideration is involved is provided in Attachment 4. We have reviewed the proposed changes against our March 15,1990 '

license amondment submittal containing the MERITS version of the North Anna Technical Specifications and have determined that no changes to the MERITS specifications are required.
