'This letter constitutes an interim report concerning the subject condition initially reported to the Commission on September 28, 1982:as a potentially reportable deficiency under the requirements of 10CFR50.55 (e) .
Our previous report, LOZ-83-0018,- dated April 13, 1983, stated that a Construction Work Authorization Request (CWAR) would be submitted to perform the inspections outlined in that report. Currently, the applicable CWAR is being written.
Completion of the inspection effort and required corrective e actions are contingent upon approval of the CWAR or. relaxation of the NRC November 12, 1982 " Order to Show cause and Order Immediately Suspending Construction". A projected schedule for completion of this work will be submitted at that time.
