Monticello liuclear Generating Plant Docket tio. 50-263 Licence lio. DPR-22 1hird Reload Suinnittal Attached is a report entitled "Monticello Nucicar Generating Plant 1hird Reload Submittal." This suleittal supplernents the topical report, "GE/BWR Generic Reload Licensing Application for 8x8 Puel," November,1974 (NEDO-20360 Revision 1).
These two doctanents provide the safety evaluation of the proposed Monticello Cycle 4 core.
We have concluded that the proposed Cycle 4 operation does not involve a i
significant hazards consideration and that no Technical Specification changes are required.
The Monticello Operations Cormuittee and Safety Audit Cwanittee have reviewed the Third Reload Sutnittal.
Our outage is scheduled to corsnence on January 9,1975 and is expected to conclude within approximately one month of that date. We shall appreciate establishment of a review schedule by the Ccnanission consistent with these plans.
