Dear Bernie and Spence:
This letter wil) confirm our discussion at yester-day's prehearing conference in which you agreed to pro-vide the Town of Southampton and the other emergency planning parties
- with copies of all correspondence or other written cosamunications-between NRC Staff and FEMA concerning FEMA's review of LILCO's Interim Offaite-Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP).
In addition to receiving any such future corres-pondence, I am also requesting that you send to me and the other parties copies of any written communications or correspondence on this same subject which have been generated prior to today. ~ For example, I note that the memorandum from Krima to Jordan, dated June 23, 1983, e
which accompanied the FEMA review of LILCO's Interim RERP, referenced two additional. memoranda, dated June 1 and June 17, 1983.
If there are-any other written communications, I would appreciate receiving those as well.
As set-forth in the Board's " Confirmatory Memoran-dumiand Order Directing the_ Submission of Briefs Addressing Suffolk County's Motion to Terminate this Proceeding 7 dated' February'28, 1983, at-p.
