APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO LICENSING BOARD'S SUA SPONTE QUESTIONS During the telephone conference call of May 9, 1983, the Licensing Board asked two questions in "an attempt to obtain 4
information which would help us to decide whether or not to declare a sua sponte issue." The questions concerned training for instrument failures.
