As noted in the referenced Federal Register Notice, the NRC announced its re-examination of the NRC enforcement policy and solicited comments from the public.
Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation endorses the comments submitted by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) on October 24, 1994, and believes that this re-examination of the enforcement policy presents an opportunity for substantial improvement to both the policy and its implementation.
