D7CKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT REVISION TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 3/4.6.2.3 CONTAINMENT COOLING SYSTEM Ref.: 1) ULNRC-2 3 39. dated December 11. 1990 2 ) ULNRC-29 8 5, dated March 25, 1994 Reference 1 transmitted an amendment application to revise Technical Specification 3/4.6.2.3 to delete the surveillance requirements to verify cooling water flow rates to the containment coolers.
Reference 2 withdrew this amendment application and we stated our intentions were to resubmit an amendment application in the 4th quarter of this year.
The purpose of this transmittal is to inform the NRC Staff that we will not be resubmitting an amendment application this year.
The amount of time required for analysis and evaluation for the resubmittal will place the date in the 3rd quarter of 1995.
