Proposed Change No. 5 to Technical Specifications -
Inservice Inspection Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 Your letter of May 19, 1983, stated that the Technical Specifications for Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) do not incorporate provisions for allowing relief granted from inservice inspection pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(g), and requested that an applicable Technical Specification change be submitted.
Accordingly, Nebraska Public Power District requests that the Technical Specification for CNS be revised to incorporate the enclosed six pages.
No fee is submitted with this request because an essentially identical request was submitted May 16, 1977 and not acted upon.
Furthermore, this change is submitted at the written request of the Commission to simplify the Technical Specifications.
