Dear Mr. Stolz:
This is a partial response to your letter of December 3, 1982 (Log No.
1143) concerning the status of Generic Item B-24 and NUREG-0737 Item II.E.4.2.
The letter requested that Toledo Edison propose Technical Specifications incorporating seal leakage test of the containment purge and vent valves. A revision to the license is being developed and will be submitted by August 31, 1983 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
