Dear Mr. Magni,

In accordance with the Director's Final Findings and Orders, the following is a report of the monitoring and toxicity data obtained during the Perry Nuclear Power Plant's H-130 treatment, conducted on September 22, 1994. l Grab samples of the effluent vere collected every two hours during the l treatment from a point downstream of the detoxification site. Sample analysis l demonstrated that the concentration of active H-130 discharged into Lake Erie vas maintained at <0.04 mg/1. l A composite sample of the effluent was collected during the H-130 treatment and used to conduct acute toxicity tests. Control samples were collected at both the intake and discharge prior to treatment. Test results are attached. The use of CL-37 to reduce foam was not required. If you have questions or require additional information, please contact Donna Tizzano at (216) 280-5514. Sin:erely, r '
