By letter dated June 8, 1983, Applicants informed the Board that, among other things, they were reviewing the answers furnished by CCANP to their Seventh Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents to CCANP, in order to determine whether to pursue more responsive answers.
Although Applicants have now completed that review and have determined that CCANP's answers are not fully responsive, they do not intend to submit a motion to compel more detailed answers.
