Page 13 - The last sentence of the third paragraph should be changed to read:
The laboratories were decontaminated and surveyed. With the exception of tritium contamination the final survey showed the facility could I
be released for unrestricted use using the guidelines from NRC Regulatory Guide 1.86 " Termination of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Reactors."
Page 15 - The second sentence in the first paragraph which begins, "It is interesting... in 1978-81," should be deleted.
The next sentence should be revised to read "Because of escalation, the cost of decommissioning cannot be directly compared to the construction costs."
