Dear Mr. Martin:
Your letter of April 4, 1993, forwarded combined Inspection Reports 50-277/83-04; 50-278/83-04.
This inspection report cites activities at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station which do not appear to be in compliance with NRC requirements.
This apparent deficiency is restated in Appendix A to this letter, followed by our response.
Because Appendix A contains information relative to the security of a nuclear facility, it is requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's rules.
An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.
