Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 2 issuance of the Core Operating Limits Report for Reload 10, Cycle 11

Dear Sir:

Enclosed is a copy of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 2, Reload 10, Cycle 11.

This report provides the cycle-specific parameter limits for: Maximum Average Planar Unear Heat Generation Rate (MAPLHGR); Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR); ARTS MCPR thermallimit adjustments and multipliers; ARTS MAPLHGR thermallimit multipliers; Linear Heat Generation Rate (LHGR); Rod Block Monitor (RBM) setpoints; and a Single Loop Operation (SLO) MCPR adjustment for PBAPS Unit 2, Cycle 11 (Reload 10) operation.

These values have been determined using NRC-approved methodology and are established such that all applicable limits of the plant safety analysis are met.

This report is being submitted to the NRC in accordance with the PBAPS Unit 2 Technical Specifications Section 6.9.1.0.
