Under the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No.1 License DPR-66, and in accordance with the requirements of Section 5.6.1.B of the Environmental Technical Specifications..the Semiannual Effluent and Waste Disposal Report is hereby submitted. This report has been prepared in accordance ',ith USNRC. Regulatory af[

Guide 1.21, Revisicr. I, and the format presented in Appendix B of that guide.

Complete strontium composite analysis has not been' completed at this time. This data vi1IJalso be reported to you as soon as possible.

Atbched to the rear of this report are Tables l A through 28 of the Semi-annual Effluent and Waste Disposal' Retort for the second six month period of 1982.

These tables are resubmitted to reflect final strontium analyses for liquid and gaseous waste.

In acmrdance with reporting requirement 6.9.1.12 for Technical Specifications 3.3.3.10, Radiation Monitor RM-VS 107A/B was declared inoperable due to low sample

5 flow on 4/28/83. There were no safety implications to the health of the plant personnel or public.

All radiation tonitors upstream in the flow path were oper-4 able and the appopriate grab sar'ples were taken.
