Dear Mr. Stolz:
i In your letters of December 20, 1982, which forwarded the Safety Evaluation for the Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment, you re' quested that we review l
the status of inf ormation currently treated as proprietary.
Your March 22, 1983, letter further clarified this request.
I At our request, General Electric (GE) has reviewed the appropriate summary data sheets for the Technical Evaluation Report (TER) prepared by Franklin Research Center, prepared in support of the above mentioned SER.
GE has determined that the summary data need not be classified by the NRC as proprietary.
t Although the summary data on the TER pages need not be treated as proprietary, GE still requires that the documents which are marked " PROPRIETARY TO GE",
f rom which the summary data was extracted, should continue to be handled as proprietary i nf ormati on.
