F. Schnell dated October 28, 1992 This letter confirms that Union Electric has completed all Station Blackout (SBO) related procedure revisions within 90 days of the final approval date for the Callaway SBO Program as discussed in References 1 and 2.
No further submittals are required based upon the Supplemental Safety. Evaluation contained in Reference 2, which documents the NRC's final regulatory assessment of Union Electric's'conformance to the SBO Rule.
